Terms of Service

These terms apply to www.hydp.co.uk and the HYDP Team Hub, including its authorised API and connected-account features. The operator is HYDP LTD, company number 13407890, trading as HYDP, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact hello@hydp.co.uk.

By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. A signed services agreement governs commissioned work and takes precedence where it conflicts with these general terms. Website material is general information and is not a contractual offer.

The Team Hub is an invitation-only business workspace for authorised adults. Keep account access and API keys secure, use only your assigned permissions and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not share personal sign-in credentials. Administrators are responsible for granting appropriate team and agent access and removing it when it is no longer needed.

You may connect only accounts, Pages, channels and advertising accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Authorisation must cover the selected data and intended use. Do not provide another person’s password or bypass a platform’s approval, security or access controls.

Features may connect to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Google services including YouTube, or other expressly supported platforms. Availability depends on implementation, platform approval, permissions, quotas and continued authorisation. A listed platform or published policy does not guarantee access to its APIs.

Each provider’s applicable terms and developer policies also govern use of its services and data. You must comply with those restrictions. Where YouTube API Services are used, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke connected-account access through the relevant provider and request deletion under our data-deletion instructions.

An account connection permits only the approved functions. It does not by itself instruct HYDP to send messages, publish posts or purchase advertising. Any available action or automated workflow must be explicitly authorised by a person entitled to act for the account. You are responsible for reviewing the content, recipients, account, permissions and budget of instructions you approve.

Do not use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe rights, upload malicious material, harvest private information, impersonate others, evade rate limits, compromise security or circumvent a person’s marketing preferences. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, authorised and covered by an appropriate agreement.

Platform data must be used only for the purposes its provider permits. In particular, LinkedIn member data obtained through Marketing APIs must not be repurposed for prospecting, CRM enrichment, recruitment or ad targeting. Data obtained from another lawful source does not acquire additional permissions merely because it is stored in the same workspace.

Agents and integrations must operate within their assigned scopes. An API key does not authorise an agent to send, publish or delete information unless an implemented endpoint and an explicit instruction permit that action.

You retain your rights in content you supply. You grant HYDP the rights needed to host, process and display that content to deliver the functions you request, including transmission to an authorised provider where needed. You must have the rights and permissions required for submitted assets, contact records and instructions.

Public media uploads are intended for assets you want to share externally. Anyone with a public asset URL may access it, and downstream copies may remain after you remove the hosted file. Use private storage for confidential material.

HYDP owns or licenses its original site content, design, code and reports. Third-party photographs, trademarks, platform content and research remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may link to our reports and quote reasonable extracts with attribution; wider copying, resale or redistribution requires permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Users and administrators must provide any notices and obtain any permissions required for information they add or connect. Respect opt-outs, deletion requests and limits on platform-derived information.

Disconnecting a platform stops its authorised access but is not the same as deleting information already held by HYDP or closing an account with that provider. Use our data-deletion instructions to request removal. Where HYDP acts as a processor for a client, the applicable services and data-processing agreements govern that work.

Reports, calculators, forecasts and attribution views support professional judgement; they do not guarantee revenue, campaign performance or a particular outcome. Platform reporting can be delayed, incomplete or revised. Attribution is an estimate based on available signals, not proof that a channel caused a sale.

Automated or AI-generated responses can be incorrect. Review them before relying on them, contacting someone, publishing material or making a commercial decision. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information into the public Ask HYDP assistant.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Features may change when providers change their APIs, permissions or terms. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or the end of an authorised relationship.

You may stop using the service and revoke connections at any time. Contact us about an export or deletion of information. Suspension or termination does not remove obligations that should continue, including confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and applicable recordkeeping.

To the extent permitted by law, general website information is supplied without a warranty that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the relevant services agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory law gives you other rights or a right to bring proceedings elsewhere. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights where they apply.

We may revise these terms as services change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting existing authorised users will be communicated where appropriate or required. Additional approval or authorisation will be sought where a new feature needs it.
