HYDP (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send a project brief, we receive your name, email address and the company, location, project, timeline, budget and message details you choose to provide. Newsletter sign-ups provide an email address. Report requests provide your name, work email, company, optional job title and any marketing preference you select. Our hosting and error-reporting services also process technical information to deliver the website and diagnose faults.

How we use it

To provide requested reports, manage those requests in our CRM, respond to enquiries, send the newsletter (only if you've opted in), and improve how the site works. We don't sell your data. Ever.

Website services

Project briefs and newsletter requests are sent to the HYDP team handling your enquiry through our email delivery service. When report capture is enabled, report requests are saved in Notion and the HYDP team receives an email notification through Resend. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to marketing unless you separately opt in. Vercel hosts this website, and Sentry provides error reporting. Those services process information needed to provide their functions.

If you use Ask HYDP, your messages may be sent to OpenAI to produce an automated response. Please do not include confidential, financial or sensitive personal information in chat. You can contact our team directly by email instead. Third-party websites and embedded media have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or request limits on its use where applicable, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. For these requests, or questions about how your information is handled and retained, email hello@hydp.co.uk.
